42-unit residential loft condominium conversion of the Luick Ice Cream Company Garage.
The existing building formerly stored ice cream wagons, horses, and repair facilities.
The floor plan was re-configured locating service functions in the center. A penthouse floor was added. Those residences are fully finished as a counterpoint to the loft style units within the existing building on lower floors. Indoor parking was provided by constructing parking wings flanking the building. The original exterior stone signage was restored.
Intensive design consultations with each buyer created individualized homes varied far beyond the typical unit base plan. |
